How the Brain-Mind-Body Connection Affects Relationships

I was invited to talk about my doctoral research in the emerging field of psychoneuroimmunology (otherwise known as the science and application of the mind-body connection) during an interview for The AromaTherapist Podcast.  
Unmanaged stress plays such a significant part in our overall physical, mental, and relational wellness.
