Guided Meditation Classes
Guided meditation classes are a safe space to quiet your mind and share in the mental and physical benefits of meditation. Mediation is a process that encourages you to take time and breathe, improving overall stress, concentration, self awareness, cardiovascular and immune system health, as well as encouraging a healthy lifestyle.

Weekly meditation sessions run Wednesday evenings from    7:15 pm - 7:45 pm
Doors will open at 7:00 pm and be locked at 7:15 pm once the class has started, so please arrive early!

What to expect at our guided meditation classes:
Absolutely no experience is necessary to participate in our meditation classes! We encourage anyone and everyone to come out and enjoy the total body benefits of meditation! When you enter our space you will be warmly welcomed by your class leader and registered psychologist, Dr. Janine Nelson. You may then take some time to find a comfortable spot in our studio, whether this is using a cushion, sitting in a chair or laying down. At 7:15 pm the class will begin, please note the doors will be locked just prior to the start of class as to ensure there are no interruptions. For the next 45 minutes Dr. Janine will talk you through the entire meditation, all you need to do is relax and listen!
