kamille andersen - Yoga Instuctor

In 2013 Kamille started her yoga practice in the hopes of rehabilitating her badly broken wrist.  However she found that yoga not only helped her physical self but her emotional, cognitive and social self as well.  It gave her such a feeling of peace, acceptance of herself and others, release of judgments, and love that she wanted to share it with others.

From 2014-2016 Kamille taught free asana and ashtanga yoga with yogi friends.  She was thrilled to find that her yogis loved the classes and encouraged her to get her certificate.  In December of 2016, and being 8 months pregnant with her second baby, Kamille earned her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from Empowered Yoga.  In June 2017, she returned to Empowered Yoga for additional training, and received her certificate for yoga for trauma and PTSD.

Kamille has lived in the Wainwright area on a cattle and grain farm all her life.  Farming is an industry that is ever changing; no two growing seasons are ever the same.  We are constantly growing and adapting - as is her yoga practice; no two practices are ever the same.  As we move through life and poses, our whole being will grow and adapt with the life around us.
